Roger has consistently demonstrated expertise in hardware ecosystem development, product commercialization, and strategic business growth within the hardware device landscape.

Mandy has over 10 years of experience in the electronics and supply chain sectors, with deep roots in Taoyuan’s PCB industry association. At ASUS, she led multiple commercial notebook projects, managing end-to-end product development, supply chain operations, and global market launches. Later, at HWTrek, Mandy supported over 500 IoT and hardware startups worldwide, connecting them with manufacturing resources and supply chain partners. She has also collaborated with major players like Foxconn and ARM, building cross-border partnerships and accelerating product development across Asia, the U.S., and Europe.
